Tess Iding, Communications Specialist

Tess is one of many touched by adoption, as her family adopted a little girl from Russia in 2004. She was excited to join an organization where the mission was to support families who were similarly affected by foster care, kinship care, and adoption.

Tess graduated with distinction and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication arts and political science, with Honors in the Liberal Arts, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also earned an undergraduate certificate in gender and women’s studies. Tess has been a member of the Coalition team since June 2021.

Tess wants to ensure that the Coalition social media and web content, resources, and publications are comprehensive and engaging for families and professionals to use in their daily lives. Additionally, she assists in development-related tasks to help continue funding the great work of the Coalition team.
