Natalie Underwood, Program Manager–Training and Conferences
Natalie believes that supporting families through education and training is key to seeing families develop confidence and resilience. Natalie ensures the Coalition has a thriving and active training program for foster and adoptive families. Natalie understands firsthand, how valuable information and training can be to parents who are striving to provide a No Matter What family for the children in their care. It is her desire to support as many families as possible by providing a relevant and practical training array.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in history education from Olivet Nazarene University. Natalie has been an educator in various settings for over twenty years. She and her husband also have three adopted sons and have served as foster parents in Milwaukee. Natalie became a member of the Coalition team in January 2019.
